| Summer Cooking Academy is an exciting class that will encourage the love of cooking in students of all ages. This class is 100% interactive as students will prep and prepare each dish. This year will feature new and interesting recipes from around the world which are representative of different countries, nationalities, and cultures. Additional activities may include food art, cake decorating, and fun kitchen experiments. A highlight of each week is a team cook-off, 'Top-Chef' style, where students will design and prepare original recipes to be judged by independent judges. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
