You will choose to do a presentation one of the following topics:

· States Rights · Nazis

· ACLU · US Constitution & Rights

· Slavery in the USA · Non-Violent Resistance

· Gandhi and Non-Violence · Jesus and Non-Violence

· School Violence & Intolerance · Caesar Chavez

· Intolerant Laws · Your choice (check with Mr. Gen)

Your presentation must be orally presented. You should also choose to use at least one of the following to help your presentation be more effective:

· Power Point · Video

· Audio · Web Page

· Flash Presentation · Posters

· Short Story (yours or others) · Poetry (yours or others)

· Art (yours or others) · Music (yours or others)

· Dance · Essay (yours or others)

· Sculpture · CD-Rom

· Skit · Your choice (check with Mr. Gen)

You have MAXIMUM freedom to make your presentation. You may choose to work with a partner.

Your presentation should take 5-7 minutes. If you work with a partner it should take 12-15 minutes, three or more should take 30 minutes.

Please log your choices with Mr. Gen. Your presentation will take place on finals day. I expect your presentations to be well-rehearsed and well-planned. Please do not “wing it.” All presentations must be school-appropriate.

This project is worth 400 points.
