Writing an Ethnography

An ethnography is a qualitative description of a cultural group. This group may be large such and an entire school, or it may be small involving a small group. The process involves observing, interviewing, note taking, analyzing, and writing about a culture. Thus you must conduct fieldwork. You may choose to study any school or part of a school. You may choose the school at which you already work or a different school. You may study the social interactions between students, teachers, administrators, parent, in any combination.
