1. Beginning - the introduction, your initial opinion (thesis), hook
2. Body - Make it personal, tell Anecdote, may drift a bit
3. End - (last 15 seconds) - Bring closure, inclusio

Speaker - Speaks extemporaneously for 2 minutes on a topic
Inquisitor - Asks the question. Second semester creates the question
Evaluator - Grades the speaker
Timer - keeps track of 1:45 (green), 15 seconds (yellow), Stop (red)
Um tracker - keeps tally of "um," "uh," and other particles
Like tracker - keeps tally of useless words: "like," "yeah," and other words
